Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10+ years in digital communications with proven social media experience.
• Experience with website management (Drupal/WordPress) and leading website redesigns.

Responsibilities

• Produce visual content for social platforms including graphics, infographics, and videos.
• Develop and publish content across NILC and IJF digital channels with a consistent voice.
• Monitor trends, measure performance, and optimize digital campaigns.
• Mentor staff and collaborate across Strategic Communications and cross-functional teams.
