Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years in product management/ownership.
• Digital banking experience across checking, savings, deposits, or payments.
• Strong knowledge of core banking, APIs and data flows.
• Hands-on backlog management, feature decomposition and acceptance criteria.
• SAFe / scaled Agile delivery experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and roadmap with leadership.
• Own backlog prioritization aligned with customer needs and outcomes.
• Translate roadmap into epics, features, and user stories.
• Lead backlog refinement, planning and acceptance of stories.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and delivery risks.
• Collaborate with design and technology to launch and iterate APIs.
• Manage external partners and vendors for scope and delivery.
• Support SAFe PI planning and release planning.
• Track product metrics and ROI to guide prioritization.
