Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sr. Digital Project Engineer (Onsite) in Andover, MA to drive automation initiatives across Raytheon CFIA manufacturing sites. You will lead engagements, translate customer needs into detailed plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, security-cleared environment.

You bring a STEM degree and 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering, with system architecture or full-stack concepts, Agile tools, and ERP/SAP exposure.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or 3 years with a STEM MS degree.
• Experience planning and executing small to medium-scale technical projects.
• Experience with system architecture or full-stack development concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements with factory customers to develop and mature digital solutions.
• Translate needs into requirements, acceptance criteria and project plans.
• Support software development and Agile tracking to align cross-teams.
• Assist deployment and ensure smooth integration into business processes.
