Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions in Austin seeks a Senior Strategy Analyst for Digital Assets to launch and scale crypto offerings across a retail broker-dealer, stablecoin funding, and tokenized assets.

You will turn regulatory and market research into product requirements, oversee vendor and legal partnerships, and help define day-to-day crypto operations.

This role requires 3–5 years in digital assets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital assets, capital markets, or fintech.
• Hands-on crypto brokerage or tokenized assets experience.
• Experience writing requirements and process documentation for technical products.

Responsibilities

• Define crypto brokerage, stablecoin funding, and tokenized asset offerings as SME.
• Document requirements and workflows; hand off to Product Delivery.
• Establish day-to-day ops: onboarding, custody, liquidity, settlement, reconciliation.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance on regulatory analysis and filings.
• Represent Apex at conferences and with clients and regulators.
