Job summary

Onward Search is seeking a Senior Digital Asset Manager (AEM) to lead digital asset initiatives and digital transformation efforts from Wilmington, DE. This 3-month contract role requires 3 days remote and 2 days onsite, focusing on strong product ownership and change management.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience, proven DAM project leadership, and expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Cloud).

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in product management or ownership.
Proven success managing large-scale DAM projects, preferably in regulated industries.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Cloud).
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Self-driven, strategic leader with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of AEM Cloud and digital asset management projects, translating goals into actionable requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication throughout development.
Collaborate with change management to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
Advocate best practices in digital asset management and support integration efforts.
Build and maintain relationships across cross-functional teams and vendor partners, working independently to advance initiatives.
