Job summary

Huron Consulting in the United States seeks a Senior Analyst to join the Assessments team, driving data-driven process improvements. You will map current state, size gaps, and craft executable roadmaps for client organizations, translating needs into strategic roadmaps that executives can approve.

You will collaborate within a broader assessment team to develop future state visions, value streams, and deliverables, including executive summaries and dashboards to support decisions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in consulting, healthcare, or financial analysis.
• 1+ years of experience using BI & Visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau or Power BI.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL programming.
• 1+ years of experience working with data sources such as Databases, Data Lakes or Cloud Applications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science/Management or Information Systems or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing data, synthesizing documentation, developing value stream maps, drafting future state process designs.
• Synthesizing client stakeholder interviews, identifying process improvement opportunities
• Developing recommendations, building business cases, defining return on investment (ROI) for proposed data management modernization initiatives.
• Developing executive summaries in PowerPoint & Word
• Analyzing client documentation in Excel
• Development of reports, dashboards, and visualizations as needed in Power BI
