Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or Technical certification preferred.
• Basic tools required.
• Experience repairing automotive diesel engines and performing preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair AC and electrical systems.
• CDL CLASS A preferred; obtain CDL within 6 months if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repair on heavy-duty equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical problems with diagnostic tools.
• Complete inspections with minimal supervision.
• Mentor junior technicians and support fleet maintenance.
• Follow safety, DOT, and company guidelines.
