Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 5+ years progressive experience as a diesel mechanic.
• 5+ years trailer repair and maintenance experience.
• Technical diploma may substitute for 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Test, service, and repair tractors, trailers, engines, and related components.
• Lead other technicians and ensure safety.
• Test electrical systems and fuel injection components.
• Disassemble/assemble equipment and perform body repairs as needed.
• Inspect vehicles and ensure roadworthiness.
