Ryder is hiring a Senior Level Diesel Technician in BMiddletown, Delaware, offering weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a clear career path in maintenance and repair of heavy-duty vehicles.

You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on diesel engines, electrical systems, and related components while training junior technicians and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical cert preferred.
• Four years or more relevant work experience in mechanical repair.
• Ability to read codes and operate computer software.
• Valid CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and train Technicians; provide customer service and feedback to the Service Manager.
• Oversee parts distribution, inventory, shop reporting, warranty recovery, unit tracking and payroll administration.
