Penske Truck Leasing Co. in Olympia, WA is seeking a skilled Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You will log diagnostics, rotate tires, and keep vehicles safe and on the road with Penske's tools and training.

You’ll work with experienced supervisors, receive industry-certified training, and have opportunities for growth. The shift is Mon-Fri 1pm–9:30pm with competitive pay of $31.65 per hour and strong benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong problem-solving and tool-use abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and ensure vehicle safety for customers.
• Use Penske’s tools to log, research, and complete repairs including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance like tire rotation and lubrication; handle electrical and cooling system upkeep on gas/diesel engines.
• Collaborate with manager to learn new skills through Penske training and hands-on coaching.
• Handle other projects as assigned by supervisor.
