Job summary

ABC Companies is seeking an experienced Service Technician IV to diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcoaches and other commercial vehicles. You will handle complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and electronic challenges and serve as a technical resource for the shop.

The role emphasizes advanced diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with leadership to improve service efficiency while staying current with evolving vehicle technologies.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of motorcoach, diesel, or heavy commercial vehicle service and repair experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting across diesel, electrical, HVAC, and electronic systems.
• EV/high-voltage diagnostic and repair experience valued or to be developed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcoaches and other equipment.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across vehicle systems.
• Diagnose complex vehicle concerns using manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Document diagnostics, repairs, parts, and time on work orders.
• Travel and work overtime when required to support operations.
