Fleetworks of Texas, located in Friendswood, TX, is hiring a full-time Senior Diesel Tech - Fleet Mechanic to lead the charge in both shop-based and mobile fleet repairs across the Houston area. YOUR DAY:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities and overtime available. Service areas include Houston, TX and surrounding regions.

As our Senior Diesel Tech - Fleet Mechanic, you'll be the front-line expert responsible for performing diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs on gas and diesel engines, electrical systems, trailers, and fleet vehicles both in-shop and on the road. Whether it's an early-morning emergency on the highway or a scheduled PM in our facility, you'll be the one ensuring our clients' vehicles stay in peak condition. You'll handle everything from complex electrical diagnostics to managing mobile fleet repairs and responding to urgent roadside service calls. With shop management responsibilities and the autonomy to take charge, your day will be full of high-impact tasks that make a real difference to the fleets that rely on us.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 15+ years of experience
• ASE certified or working toward certification
• TWIC card ready
• Ability to provide own tools
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record
