Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years as a heavy-duty diesel mechanic on Class 7-8 equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of diesel engines, air systems, electrical diagnostics, and aftertreatment systems.
• Experience leading a team or senior/lead technician capacity.

Aufgaben

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of technicians in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on heavy-duty diesel engines and related systems.
• Oversee shop operations including safety, PPE, and process adherence.
• Coordinate with fleet maintenance leadership and customers on status and downtime impacts.
• Document all maintenance activities in fleet management systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DOT and OSHA standards.
