Are you a skilled, seasoned machine mechanic looking to take your career to a company you can retire with? We are seeking a Master Level Machine Mechanic to join our dynamic and friendly team! You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of heavy equipment, ensuring they operate at peak performance.

Compensation:

$35 - $45 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on heavy machinery and construction equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Repair or replace defective parts and components as necessary to ensure safety and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on equipment.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior mechanics and apprentices in best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers to schedule machine repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience and manual dexterity using hand tools and other equipment is needed
• Excellent work ethic, listening, problem-solving, and communication skills are desired
• Associate’s degree from a vocational program, technical school, or community college is - ASE certification is a big bonus
• A valid driver’s license is necessary
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
