Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager in Tulsa, OK to lead diesel maintenance operations and a team of technicians. You will own maintenance programs, shop staffing, budgets, and safety standards to keep garbage trucks running safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years diesel maintenance experience in waste/transport/heavy equipment.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience leading mechanics.
• Valid CDL-B driver's license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Knowledge of fleet safety and diesel vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all fleet maintenance and repair operations in the area.
• Ensure trucks are safe, reliable, and available to meet daily demands.
• Monitor repair requests and prioritize work.
• Conduct fleet evaluations to verify maintenance standards.
• Staff and train diesel technicians.
• Drive cost control and manage fleet budgets.
• Promote safety and DOT compliance.
• Attend driver and safety meetings and report on time.
• Assist in the annual budget process.
