Additional qualifications include a High School Diploma and technical certification or relevant work experience. The position involves both hands-on service responsibilities and leadership tasks, including training junior technicians.
Qualifications
3+ years of Field Service Experience in the Maritime industry.
Ability to travel and perform work worldwide.
Experience operating under a Special Security Agreement.
Responsibilities
Provide mechanical and electrical services to maintain company products.
Coordinate assembly and maintenance of Diesel Engine products.
Prepare and submit complete service reports on each project.
Skills
Strong knowledge of Diesel Engines
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience troubleshooting and repairing independently
Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Education
High School Diploma or GED Required
Associate’s degree in a technical discipline
Technical certification as a diesel engine mechanic
Experience with FOCI-mitigated company
