Penn United Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join our Die Assembly and Development team.

This role focuses on developing and assembling complex progressive stamping dies and tooling, ensuring parts meet prints and specifications. You will set up and operate machine tools, verify dimensions with precision instruments, troubleshoot processes, and support customers with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Journeyman papers or equivalent experience required.
• Strong mechanical, mathematical and technical skills.
• Experience with tool and die making and assembly processes.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand 8–10 hours daily.
• Work primarily daylight, Mon–Fri with occasional off-shifts.

Responsabilités

• Develop and assemble progressive stamping dies/tools to meet part prints.
• Fit and assemble tooling and assist in problem solving.
• Set up and operate lathes, milling machines and grinders to machine parts.
• Verify dimensions using dial indicators, micrometers and gauges.
• Travel occasionally to support customer needs.
