Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Senior Process Control Technician to optimize die casting parameters and reduce defects on the Cedarburg, WI production floor. This direct-hire, full-time role focuses on monitoring high-pressure aluminum casting processes and driving improvements in yield and quality.

You will analyze process data, perform root-cause analysis, tune equipment, and collaborate with quality and engineering teams to minimize scrap while ensuring compliance with tier-one

Qualifications

• Career stability with 2+ years at each prior employer.
• 2+ years in process control in manufacturing (aluminum die casting or similar).
• Must reside within 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI and be US work authorized.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze critical process parameters including temperatures, injection speeds, cycle times, and die lubrication.
• Identify and resolve casting defects via root-cause analysis (porosity, cold shuts, soldering, etc.).
• Tune machine parameters for new product launches and existing runs.
• Maintain standardized setup sheets and operating instructions for setup techs and operators.
• Support quality with real-time monitoring and inspection data to meet specs.
• Train floor personnel on standardized parameters and best practices.
