Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist II for per diem night shifts. You will operate radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic images used by physicians to assess disease, pathology, and trauma while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Essential duties include setting up and operating x-ray and imaging systems, maintaining equipment, and following department protocols to deliver high-quality results. Per diem schedule may include weekends and variable shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited diagnostic radiologic program.
• Licensure/certification as Radiologic Technologist per state requirements.
• Ability to operate radiographic equipment and adjust settings to achieve diagnostic-quality images.

Responsibilities

• Operates x-ray and imaging control consoles, portable units, collimators and tubes to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures.
• Performs gastro-intestinal exams and plain tomography as needed.
• Ensures correct patient identification and proper marker labeling on all films.
