Qualifications

• Venipuncture certification as applicable by modality.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiology procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and obtain cooperation.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Adjust immobilization devices for optimal views.
• Determine exposure factors based on patient and area.
