Job summary

Philips Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Zone Installation Specialist for the South Zone (AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN, TX).

You will install, diagnose and repair medical imaging devices, travel up to 100% to customer sites, and coordinate with teams to deliver best-in-class service. You must apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install devices, perform tests, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining thorough administrative records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in diagnostic imaging service, field or hospital-based.
• Image guided therapy devices experience preferred.
• Ability to understand/apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory.
• Associate degree in electronics or related field; related engineering degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn installation process and establish rapport with customers, showing urgency to resolve issues.
• Install, diagnose, and repair imaging equipment across modalities as needed.
• Perform administrative duties: timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, and documentation.
• Travel up to 100% by car/air/train/bus; work flexible hours including weekends.
