Qualifications

• 5+ years in a diagnostic imaging service environment (field or hospital-based).
• Ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment.
• Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn installation process and establish rapport with customers.
• Take ownership in difficult customer situations and lead to deliver results.
• Be able to travel up to 100% and work across modalities, training others as needed.
• Perform administrative duties within approved timeframes (timesheets, service orders).
• Adopt best practices and schedule activities to support the Site Team and customers.
