Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a senior member of the Design-for-X Engineering team to focus on low power and thermal solutions for deep learning GPUs and the next generation of AI solutions. You will innovate DFT Power and thermal methodologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze post-silicon data to drive next-gen power and thermal strategies.

Qualifications

  • BSEE (or equivalent) with 12+ years or MSEE with 10+ years, or PhD with 6+ years of experience in DFT design & power.
  • Deep understanding of fundamental DFT topics and VLSI power, timing, and voltage noise.
  • Experience with power analysis, thermal analysis, and IR drop tools.
  • Experience applying AI to EDA-related problem solving.
  • Strong statistical tools for data analysis & insights.
  • Familiarity with RTL & clock design, STA, place-and-route, and power.
  • Experience with silicon debug and bring-up on ATE or SLT platforms.
  • Programming mindset to translate insights into actionable AI coding harnesses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and curiosity for challenging problems.

Benefits

Base salary range: $196,000–$310,500 USD for Level5 and $232,000–$368,000 USD for Level6. Eligible for equity and benefits.
