Job summary

Concept Plus is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide senior technical leadership supporting federal IT systems with focus on infrastructure, environment management, and platform sustainment.

The role requires DevSecOps CI/CD, Oracle/Java stack, and experience managing AWS development environments in cloud-based, classified/unclassified settings. A Tier-3 Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• US citizen eligible for Tier-3 Secret Clearance.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Cloud/DevSecOps Systems Administrator.
• 2+ years with GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, SonarQube, Kubernetes, ECS, and EKS.
• 2+ years in an AWS environment supporting Federal Government.
• Experience with AWS management and migrations.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, CS or related field; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot environments (network, server, certificates) as needed.
• Patch, upgrade, deploy plans, and other maintenance activities.
• Support and management of AWS development environments.
• Apply STIGs and IAVMs for continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate with development teams to derive and implement requirements.
• Create and update system documentation.
• Support RMF/Cyber assessments and enhancements to AWS operating environment.
• Drive CI/CD and IaC (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible, Terraform).
• Manage end-to-end software releases across Dev, Stage, Production.
• Understand SDLC and security requirements for servers and apps.

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
