Direct Supply is seeking a Principal Cyber Security Engineer to lead the DevSecOps function, guiding security across the software lifecycle and driving automated, risk-based outcomes.

You will partner with engineering, technology and security teams to shape secure architectures, advance automation and deliver measurable security improvements. Strong leadership and cloud security experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive information security, software or DevSecOps experience with leadership.
• Deep expertise across SDLC including secure architecture and cloud security.
• Hands-on for security automation and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience establishing DevSecOps roadmaps and security standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead DevSecOps strategy, roadmap and priorities to strengthen security and delivery velocity.
• Establish secure architecture standards and reusable security patterns.
• Embed security into software development with guidance and automation.
• Engineer automated security testing (SAST/DAST/SCA) in CI/CD pipelines.
• Strengthen software supply chain security across build pipelines and artifact management.
• Design cloud/infrastructure security capabilities and automated controls.
• Drive remediation of security risks with engineering and operations teams.
• Collaborate with security operations on logging, monitoring and incident response.
• Measure DevSecOps effectiveness with metrics and governance.
