Job summary

DSA is seeking a DevSecOps Lead to oversee disciplined delivery for controlled CI/CD, IaC, secure software delivery, and risk mitigation. The role supports biometric capability initiatives and ensures alignment with cybersecurity and government requirements.

The ideal candidate will manage CI/CD, automation, and security gates while coordinating with DoD and government partners to deliver compliant, scalable solutions. A Secret clearance and DoD-aligned certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 8+ years in software delivery, DevSecOps, cloud engineering, or secure release management.
• 5+ years leading Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and secure deployment practices.
• Experience with AWS GovCloud or comparable secure federal cloud environments.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Argo CD.
• DoD 8570/8140-aligned certification.
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevSecOps planning and execution for updates, cloud automation, and option task increments.
• Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, build/release controls, and deployment workflows.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and configuration automation for repeatable, auditable environments.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, cybersecurity, developers, and ops teams for modernization and risk management.
• Integrate SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC policy checks, and RMF evidence into delivery workflows.
• Support technology refresh and transition-to-operations.
• Maintain alignment with release governance and rollback planning.
