Qualifications

• 5–8 years of engineering experience in DevSecOps, with a track record of implementing and scaling practices.
• Deep proficiency in large-scale distributed systems and multi-cloud/hybrid-cloud environments.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and translating security concepts for developers.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and optimize security of an enterprise-scale SaaS platform across regions.
• Maintain a security platform enabling developers to deploy secure workloads.
• Apply policy-as-code using OPA/Kyverno across infrastructure and Kubernetes.
• Lead architectural reviews for core services and drive security improvements.
