Job summary

FIA Tech in the United States is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to be a core contributor to security and cloud platforms. You will implement scalable security practices, lead critical reviews, and partner with TechOps to raise the bar on secure software engineering across the organization.

The role focuses on enterprise-wide security, multi-region SaaS platforms, IAM governance, and zero-trust architectures, with mentoring responsibilities and opportunities to influence engineering culture.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of engineering experience in DevSecOps.
• Experience implementing and scaling security in enterprise environments.
• Ability to mentor engineers and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and optimize security of an enterprise-wide, multi-region SaaS platform, IAM governance strategies, and zero-trust cloud architectures.
• Maintain and evolve security platform enabling secure, compliant workloads.
• Implement and manage enterprise compliance frameworks using Policy-as-Code tools such as Open Policy Agent (OPA) or Kyverno across infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.
• Champion a security-first culture across engineering teams and conduct architectural reviews for core services.
• Remediate security gaps, executing risk-based vulnerability management based on threats and tooling.
• Partner with compliance and security teams to support accreditation across industry security standards.
