Job summary

Connected Logistics in the United States seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead secure software delivery across the VA COSE program, guiding modern DevSecOps practices and automated delivery of cybersecurity capabilities.

You will design pipelines, enforce security controls, support cloud security, IaC, Zero Trust, and deliver runbooks and documentation to ensure compliant operations across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of DevSecOps experience.
• Minimum 5 years supporting cybersecurity and cloud security initiatives.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native technologies, containerized platforms, automation, vulnerability management, and secure software delivery.
• IAT III/IAM III/IASAE III certifications may substitute for a relevant bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise DevSecOps pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Integrate security controls and testing throughout software development and deployment lifecycles.
• Support secure cloud engineering, infrastructure-as-code, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, security reviews, and compliance validation activities.
• Evaluate, deploy, and optimize cybersecurity tools and automation capabilities.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting enterprise security objectives.
• Support Zero Trust, cloud security, container security, and software supply chain initiatives.
• Create engineering runbooks, technical documentation, and implementation standards.
