Job summary

DCS Corp seeks a Senior Computer Engineer specializing in DevSecOps for NASIC support in Dayton, OH. You will advance DoD-grade software/hardware solutions, applying secure CI/CD practices while collaborating with SMEs to meet high-stakes client requirements.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a strong background in object-oriented development, security scanning, and cloud platforms. Expect a technically diverse, mission-focused team environment.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required due to DoD engagement.
Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to maintain clearance.
At least a MS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or Information Technology with 10+ years of related experience.
Experience with object-oriented languages for research, development, and production.
Experience automating CI/CD pipelines with security checks.
Knowledge/experience with NASIC software/hardware systems.

Responsibilities

Research new capabilities to improve and maintain the performance of existing software/hardware platforms.
Design, develop, and prototype these new capabilities.
Document capabilities developed and provide user manual.
Give technical direction to programming team.
Use initiative and independent judgment in developing resolutions to complex issues.
Maintain and update platform using DevSecOps principles.
Ensure software components remain in compliance with DoD cybersecurity directives.
Conduct vulnerability scans, assist with Authority to Operate (ATO) maintenance activities.
Work both individually and with a broader engineering team.
