Job summary

• Ability to adapt quickly in evolving environments.
• Strong communication, documentation and teamwork skills; capable of leading a team.
• Experience with data science tooling and automation of processes.

Responsibilities

• Design data pipelines and AI/ML engineering infrastructure for enterprise ML systems.
• Work in an interdisciplinary team to productionize AI/ML models for operational use.
• Develop and deploy scalable tools/services for rapid ML training and inference.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve ML system performance and reliability.
• Apply robust software engineering practices to ML ecosystems (CI/CD, automation).
• Support model development with traceability and data security considerations.
• Communicate with stakeholders to develop roadmaps and schedules.
