Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience or Master’s with 3+ years; or PhD with 1+ year.
• DOD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or CISSP) is required.
• Strong Windows/Linux system administration experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevSecOps for large government systems.
• Agile practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm) familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and sustain cybersecurity technologies for the GMD weapon system.
• Document enhancements, SOPs, maintenance manuals, and software plans.
• Code, test, and debug programs; select appropriate languages per workload.
• Drive CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows; produce templates for rapid adoption.
• Review technologies and ensure deployments minimize production impact.
• Create development documentation and perform QA reviews.
