Job summary

Boeing is seeking an Experienced Software Engineer for the Flight Simulation Labs team in Daytona Beach, FL. The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automation tooling, and secure software delivery in a 100% onsite environment.

You will work with Windows/Linux components, provide guidance on DevSecOps practices, and contribute to documentation, reporting, and system upgrades. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CI/CD with cloud deployments.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).
• 3+ years scripting in Python/JavaScript/Bash/PowerShell/Node.js.
• Experience with cloud containerization.

Responsibilities

• Automation and tooling for installation and configuration of Windows and Linux software components.
• Establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in an Agile software development environment.
• Embedding automated security and compliance checks into CI/CD pipeline.
• Maintaining artifact repository environment.
• Automating build, deployment, and environment provisioning tasks.
• Developing and maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Developing and generating reports on system performance, security, and compliance.
• Participating in planning and implementation of new systems, upgrades, and migrations.
• Supporting and guiding software developers in DevSecOps tools and procedures.
