Job summary

Twenty Technologies in the United States is seeking a senior DevSecOps Engineer to own and evolve our security foundation across cloud, CI/CD, and code. You will partner with engineering to design secure-by-default platforms, implement IAM, secrets management, and vulnerability response, and drive automation that makes secure choices easy for developers.

You will report to the VP of Engineering and collaborate across product teams to scale the DSO function while maintaining strong security

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevSecOps, platform security, or a similar role.
• Deep hands-on AWS experience with IAM, SCPs, and security services.
• Terraform expertise with policy-as-code tooling for compliance.
• Experience owning secrets management end-to-end.
• Proven track record hardening CI/CD pipelines and incident response.
• Strong communication and enablement skills for security adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own runtime security and vulnerability management across cloud and containers.
• Design and enforce IAM across AWS and internal systems with least-privilege.
• Manage secrets, policies, tooling, rotation, and developer workflows.
• Lead security incident response, root-cause analysis, and durable remediation.
• Harden CI/CD pipelines and embed security scanning into delivery lifecycle.
• Drive compliance efforts and build secure-by-default templates.
• Build automation to reduce friction for developers and maintain security guidance.
