Job summary

Expression is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with a primary focus on DevSecOps in Azure Cloud to modernize Data Systems and deploy secure CI/CD pipelines for mission-critical data analysis and ML applications.

The role requires extensive Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, and DoD security experience, including RMF and STIG documentation, with strong scripting and automation skills. Expect collaboration with security teams and cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years DevOps experience or 8+ years in DevOps/Cloud engineering.
Experience implementing DevSecOps pipelines in Azure and DoD environments.
Strong scripting skills (Python or similar) and IaC automation tools.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage Azure Cloud architecture within DoD guidelines.
Develop and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
Ensure DoD RMF/STIG compliance and security controls across environments.
Lead cross-functional teams to define secure infrastructure requirements.
Monitor system performance, incident response, and high availability for mission-critical systems.
