Job summary

Hyperproof seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead Azure-based infrastructure across FedRAMP regions and commercial platforms. You will shape DevSecOps strategy, automate IaC, and enforce security gates while maintaining rapid developer velocity.

You will implement secure CI/CD, collaborate with security and product teams, and drive continuous improvement in security posture and compliance tooling across cloud and on‑prem builds.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required and candidates must reside in the United States.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in SRE/DevSecOps or Platform engineering with Azure focus.
• Interest in applying AI to automate compliance & security workflows.
• Strong programming in Python, Bash, Go, or Node.js and drive complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevSecOps strategy for Azure-based infra across commercial and FedRAMP regions.
• Own and evolve Terraform/Terragrunt IaC pipeline for multi-subscription promotion.
• Architect secure, scalable platform infra including CI/CD pipelines with security gates and Kubernetes environments.
• Support FedRAMP authorization activities: SSP docs, NIST 800-53 control implementations, 3PAO coordination.
• Design and secure on-prem build/test platform parity with AKS patterns while meeting SOC 2.
