Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support federal programs on AWS GovCloud. This hybrid role focuses on secure CI/CD, automation, and compliance for mission-critical applications.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in DevSecOps/Cloud Automation, US citizenship, and Security+ or equivalent. You will implement IaC, containerization, and automated security testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation roles.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Security+ Certification or equivalent security credential.
• Experience with AWS GovCloud and federal frameworks (RMF/NIST 800-53, STIGs, FedRAMP).
• Strong CI/CD and IaC automation experience across cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• AWS GovCloud architecture: design and manage secure, compliant environments for DoD/civilian apps.
• CI/CD pipelines: build/optimize pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline, Terraform.
• Security and compliance: implement automated scanning (SAST/DAST) and baselines.
• IaC: automate provisioning with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Containerization/orchestration: manage Docker/Kubernetes with EKS/ECS/Fargate.
• Monitoring/incident response: use CloudWatch, GuardDuty, Security Hub, Splunk/ELK for visibility.
• Automation/scripting: develop Python/Bash/PowerShell to boost deployment security and efficiency.
• Collaboration: work with developers, cybersecurity, and cloud engineers across SDLC.
