Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join the Security Team, operating at the intersection of cybersecurity and DevSecOps to protect critical software used by water utilities. You will embed security controls across the software development lifecycle and lead vulnerability management and incident response in cloud-native environments.

You will partner with engineering to secure deployments, conduct advanced threat monitoring, and drive secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 6 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced security monitoring and analyze complex alerts.
• Lead response for complex incidents including forensic analysis and root cause determination.
• Design and execute vulnerability assessments, pen tests, and simulated attacks across infrastructure and applications.
• Remediate vulnerabilities with IT and development teams; strengthen secure coding in SDLC.
• Review security controls and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks; lead remediation.
• Research advanced threat actors and develop threat intelligence and defense strategies.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team capability development.
• Support enterprise security strategy aligned with business objectives.
