Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to manage system infrastructure and applications. You will develop automation solutions with a cross‑functional team, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with development and operations to deploy infrastructure and applications.

The role supports DevSecOps and naval platforms. Applicants should have DoD experience, strong automation tool skills (Ansible, PowerShell, Git), and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting DoD or government agencies.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting automation issues using Ansible or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of Agile development.
• Knowledge of automation tools including Ansible, Git, operating systems including RHEL and Windows, and virtualization including VMware.
• Ability to automate builds, regression testing, monitoring and releases across environments to drive DevSecOps maturity.
• Ability to travel CONUS or OCONUS up to 25% of the time.
• Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
