Madrona Venture Labs is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead the charge on security and reliability. This role will work closely with engineering and product teams to implement resilient systems that ensure security from day one. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience and a strong focus on cloud infrastructure.

The position supports remote work for individuals situated within the United States and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps experience.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure with a focus on security.
• Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code with secure defaults.
• Monitor live systems, investigate security anomalies, and respond to breaches.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code in a GCP environment.
