Job summary

INNOVIM Defense Services seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to architect, automate, secure, and sustain a cloud-native delivery ecosystem for DoD mission systems. The role spans on-site locations with DoW Secret clearance and cross-team collaboration across NGE platforms.

The successful candidate will lead CI/CD, IaC, container security, and platform services across hybrid environments, ensuring compliance and scalable deployment velocity.

Qualifications

• Twelve plus years of general IT experience, with leadership roles.
• Six plus years in DevSecOps, platform engineering, or related fields.
• Active DoD 8140/IAT baseline certification and DoW Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and sustain Kubernetes-based container platforms across multi-cloud environments.
• Develop and secure CI/CD pipelines with automated build, test, scan, release, and deployment workflows.
• Lead IaC and configuration automation using Terraform, Helm, Ansible, and scripting.
• Ensure DoD/MDA RMF, STIG, and Zero Trust compliance in cloud-native solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enable scalable deployments.
