Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Developer Relations leader to own how builders discover, adopt, and succeed with Snowflake's AI and Developer portfolio. You will build and lead a team of Developer Advocates, set the developer point of view, and maintain a high technical bar across adoption content and demos.

You will drive multi-team launches, reusable adoption systems, and durable signals back into product, shaping strategy while collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Developer Relations or related field with measurable developer adoption.
• 5+ years leading technical/DevRel teams, with hiring and growth experience.
• Strong hands-on technical ability to build and debug demos and explain architecture.
• Working fluency with modern AI development, prompts, grounding, and tools/agents.
• Solid grounding in data/analytics workflows (SQL, ELT/ETL, dbt, orchestration).
• Excellent communication and storytelling for technical and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Field, Marketing.
• Comfort defining outcome-based metrics and using signals to shape roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer strategy for AI and Developer tools.
• Set the technical and quality bar for adoption assets and demos.
• Drive launches and reusable adoption systems across teams.
• Close the loop between developers and product with durable signals.
• Represent Snowflake in developer ecosystems and open-source communities.
• Lead and grow the Developer Advocates team; manage hiring and growth.
