Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to drive scalable infrastructure, platform reliability, and modern engineering practices. Lead cloud-native solutions, CI/CD automation, observability initiatives, and agentic AI workflows across enterprise platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Python, Azure, and infrastructure automation, to improve developer productivity, platform stability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SRE and DevOps practices.
• Strong Python development and automation skills.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure experience.
• Experience with API management and OpenAPI standards.
• Experience implementing governance, compliance, and policy enforcement.
• Familiarity with agent-based AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable DevOps and SRE solutions.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Develop automation frameworks and tooling with Python and Bash.
• Manage Kubernetes environments including deployment, scaling, and configuration.
• Implement agent-based workflows across GitHub and Azure ecosystems.
• Establish API lifecycle practices, including OpenAPI specifications and semantic versioning.
• Drive observability and monitoring with Datadog or similar tools.
• Collaborate with software, cloud, security, and platform teams to improve reliability.
• Lead architectural discussions and platform modernization efforts.
