Job summary

B4Corp is seeking a DevOps Engineer on a 200+ FTE program in Chantilly, VA, delivering ICAM solutions. The role requires TS/SCI with a polygraph and involves building automation, leveraging cloud services, and applying DevOps practices across the SDLC.

You will work with GitHub, Jenkins, and Atlassian tools to coordinate tasks, estimate scope, and deploy artifacts, while collaborating with Product Owners and Scrum Masters in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 11-15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 8-10 years; Doctorate in technical domain may be considered.
• Expert in the software development lifecycle with DevOps toolsets and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with development on Commercial Cloud Platforms (AWS, Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Participate in software programming initiatives to support innovation and enhancement.
• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug automation solutions for development, test and production environments.
• Coordinate with team members, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure User Story alignment and implementation.
• Document and deploy build artifacts across environments.
• Leverage Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence) to track activities and document procedures.
