Job summary

Captivation Software is seeking a senior level systems engineer to join a DevOps team that designs, implements, and maintains DevOps resources across product teams. You will enable automated builds and deployments to accelerate delivery while supporting mission-critical objectives.

The ideal candidate has deep Terraform, Ansible, and Python expertise, strong AWS and Kubernetes experience, and familiarity with GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD, Elasticsearch, and Grafana. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph; U.S. citizenship required.
• Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Five (5) years additional SE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain DevOps resources for multiple product teams.
• Automate build and deployment processes to enable faster delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to improve reliability and performance.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code and scripting to provision services and tooling.
