Job summary

Captivation Software is seeking a senior systems engineer to join a DevOps-focused team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure across product lines. The role emphasizes automation, secure practices, and enabling rapid build and deployment for mission-driven software used by government clients.

Applicants must hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph, be a U.S. citizen, and possess extensive SE experience plus a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• 20 years experience as a Systems Engineer in programs of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field from an accredited university.
• Five years of additional SE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain DevOps resources for multiple product teams.
• Automate build and deployment across environments.
• Maintain secure, scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to improve reliability and performance.
