Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Specialist, DevOps Systems Administrator to support enterprise build and deployment services across multiple teams and environments. This on-site role is located in Melbourne, FL and requires expertise in Git, Jenkins, and Windows/Linux environments.

The ideal candidate will own pipelines, automate deployments, and collaborate with development, IT, and cybersecurity teams to drive reliability, security hardening, and process maturity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant DevOps experience.
• 6+ years of related experience or 10 years’ experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with enterprise CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and support enterprise build and deployment pipelines.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD workflows using Git and Jenkins.
• Administer Windows Server environments and assist with Linux as needed.
• Develop automation scripts to improve deployment consistency and reliability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant deployments.
