Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer in Austin, TX to maintain 24/7 operational resilience for a multi-cloud enterprise security program. You will lead major incident calls, own IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and CSPM telemetry, driving post-incident remediation and cross-functional coordination.

The role requires 5+ years of SRE in a 24/7 financial services environment with hands-on incident command and strong automation skills.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
• 5+ years of SRE experience in a 24/7 production environment.
• In-depth architectural expertise in multi-cloud defense, federated IAM, and zero-trust principles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD orchestration, and Python/Go scripting.
• Senior-level incident-command experience driving major/critical incident calls to resolution.
• Proven track record of remediation follow-up and ownership accountability.
• Experience drafting incident communications to technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to develop and socialize incident-management playbooks and escalation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Scale and maintain operational stability across multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Engineer unified security policies and configuration baselines using IaC (Terraform).
• Design, maintain, and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines for ASPM ingestion and deployment.
• Respond to alerts using CSPM tools like Wiz to secure workloads.
• Act as Incident Commander on major incidents, directing cross-functional teams.
• Own the post-incident loop and drive systemic fixes and preventative actions.
• Draft and send incident notifications to technical teams, management, and stakeholders.
• Develop divisional incident-management playbooks, runbooks, and escalation procedures.
