Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is hiring a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to maintain 24/7 stability for a multi-cloud enterprise security program. You will lead major incident calls, own IaC and CI/CD pipelines, and drive post-incident remediation with Wiz-based CSPM guardrails.

The role requires 5+ years in SRE and hands-on incident-command experience in financial services environments, with strong Kubernetes and Terraform expertise.

Qualifications

5+ years of SRE/DevOps experience in a 24/7 production setting.
Experience with multi-cloud architectures and zero-trust concepts.
Hands-on with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and scripting (Python/Go).
Senior on-call/incident-command history and post-incident remediation.

Responsibilities

Scale and maintain operational stability across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Define and implement IaC security baselines (Terraform).
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployments.
Respond to alerts as Incident Commander during major incidents.
Lead post-incident follow-up and cross-team remediation actions.
Draft clear incident communications for technical and exec audiences.
Develop and socialize playbooks and escalation procedures.
