Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years in relevant fields with advanced degrees.
• Proficient with AI tools and prompt/agent development concepts.
• Mastery of cloud platforms, Kubernetes at scale, global networking and observability.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise SRE standards (SLO/SLI taxonomy, alerting contracts, escalation/runbook).
• Lead design of active-active/multiregion architectures and region evacuation exercises.
• Establish AI/Ops to reduce MTTR and enable automated remediation.
• Govern IaC/platform modules, pipelines, artifact provenance, deployment verification.
• Own capacity/efficiency strategy with FinOps guardrails and autoscaling policies.
• Mentor engineers and share knowledge across teams.
• Support enterprise incident response and post-mortems for critical issues.
• Represent SRE in strategic tech roadmaps and governance.
• Oversee project planning, estimation and execution aligned with business priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and quality.
